Nano Banana, Gemini, Google, and related names or trademarks belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party models or services are provided to identify compatible or relevant technology and do not imply an official partnership or endorsement.

3. Service Description

The service provides tools and interfaces for creating or editing images using artificial intelligence.

Features may include text-to-image generation, image-to-image editing, reference-image workflows, prompt-based editing, resolution controls, generation history, and related functionality.

Some generation features may rely on third-party AI models, APIs, infrastructure providers, or storage services.

Features, model availability, limits, output quality, processing time, and supported settings may change over time.

4. Accounts

Certain features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

10. Third-Party Services

13. Payments, Subscriptions, Credits, Cancellations and Refunds

The service offers paid subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Pricing, included credits, billing periods, and other purchase details are displayed on the Pricing page before checkout.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel a subscription through the available billing or account controls, or by contacting support@nano-banana2-1.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, and you may continue using the remaining paid benefits until the end of that billing period.

One-Time Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are charged once and do not automatically renew.

Credits that have already been used for completed AI generations or other completed AI tasks are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible and, where permitted by law, within 14 calendar days of the relevant charge.

Refunds may be approved for circumstances including duplicate charges, incorrect charges, purchased credits not being delivered, unauthorized payments subject to verification, or sustained technical failures that prevent use of the paid service and cannot be resolved.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. We may review account activity, credit usage, transaction information, and the circumstances of the request.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

Failed AI Tasks

If credits are reserved for an AI generation task and the task fails before producing a usable result, the reserved credits are returned to the user's credit balance automatically. This credit return is not a cash refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular purpose, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nano-Banana2-1.com and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, data, business opportunities, reputation, or other intangible losses.
